Top Skincare Products That Deliver Results
I spend an unreasonable amount of money on skincare every year. These are the products I buy over and over again — the ones that survived the rotation and earned a permanent spot.

I test a lot of skincare. Probably too much. But the products that actually survive the rotation and get repurchased are a very short list. These are the ones I keep going back to — across a wide price range, from drugstore to luxury, Korean beauty to French pharmacy to independent brands I genuinely believe in. Everything here has earned its spot through consistent results, not hype.
Skin
The One Product I’d Tell You to Buy
Vintner’s Daughter Active Botanical Serum — If you only buy one skincare product, let it be this. It’s a concentrated blend of botanical oils that makes your skin look immediately better — more even, more luminous, just visibly healthier. Paired with tretinoin, it’s as close to a cheat code as skincare gets. It’s expensive. It’s worth it. I have repurchased this more times than I care to admit.
Serums & Treatments
Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum VI — A first-step serum that preps your skin for everything that follows. Visible results, beautiful texture, and one of those products that makes you notice a difference when you stop using it. It’s a staple.
CurrentBody Skin LED Red Light Therapy Face Mask — This requires commitment — three sessions a week — but the results are real. Improved skin tone, reduced fine lines, and the kind of glow that makes people ask what you’re doing differently. It’s an investment in the device itself, but the cost-per-use over time is excellent.
Cleansers
Sulwhasoo Gentle Cleansing Foam — My go-to cleanser. It’s effective without stripping, and the herbal scent feels like a small ritual every time. There’s nothing flashy about it, which is exactly why it works.
Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser — My second cleanser and the one I’d recommend to almost anyone. Super gentle, removes all makeup without effort, and works beautifully for men too. It’s the most reliable cleanser at its price point.
Masks
May Lindstrom The Honey Mud — When your skin is feeling dull or congested, this is the reset. I love pairing it with The Problem Solver (below) for a deeper treatment. The texture is unusual — warm, honey-based, genuinely soothing — and the results show up immediately.
May Lindstrom The Problem Solver — A powder-based cleansing mask that you activate with water. I mix it with The Honey Mud when my skin needs a serious detox. One jar lasts forever, which offsets the price point. It’s a cult product for a reason.
Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Mask — Overnight glow in a mask. Apply before bed, wake up with skin that looks like it’s been on vacation. Simple as that.
Sisley Black Rose Cream Mask — I actually use this as my night moisturizer. The formula is intensely rich and hydrating, and my skin always looks plumper in the morning. It’s a splurge, but the multi-use factor (mask or moisturizer) makes it more practical than it seems.
Moisturizers
May Lindstrom The Blue Cocoon — My favorite winter product. The solid-to-oil formula is incredibly soothing and hydrating — it melts on contact and immediately calms irritated, dry skin. This is what I reach for when my skin needs rescue.
S. Nature Aqua Squalane Moisturizing Cream — Lightweight, deeply moisturizing, and never heavy. This is the everyday cream that just works without any fuss.
Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream — A thick, hydrating cream with ceramides and niacinamide that’s focused on repairing your moisture barrier. If your skin has been through it — retinoids, weather, travel — this is the recovery cream.
Bioheal BOH Probioderm 3D Lifting Cream — Rich without being greasy, and the formula feels genuinely nourishing. A solid K-beauty find.
Byoma Hydrating Recovery Oil — Great results at a price point that makes zero sense for how well it performs. If you’re looking for a barrier-repair oil without the luxury markup, this is it.
Byoma Nourishing Body Oil — Jojoba and sea buckthorn. Leaves skin genuinely soft, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave residue on your clothes. A body oil that actually delivers.
Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base — My last step before makeup. This is such a rich, moisturizing primer that I’ll actually mix my foundation into it when I want a more natural finish. It looks incredible under makeup and gives you that lit-from-within thing without any shimmer. It’s a permanent fixture.
Lips
Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm — Ultra-rich and perfect for airplanes or overnight. This is the lip balm I take everywhere.
EADEM Le Chouchou Exfoliating + Softening Peptide Lip Balm — The applicator is soothing, the formula is beautiful, and one tube lasts a long time. This is part of my every-night pre-bed routine. If you’re going to invest in one lip treatment, it’s a toss-up between this and the Summer Fridays.
MAED Revive Lip Balm — A barrier-repair lip balm that does exactly what it promises. Another great option in the rotation.
Hair
Oribe Gold Lust Repair and Restore Shampoo — My favorite shampoo for over 15 years. Fifteen years. Nothing else has come close. It repairs, it restores, and it smells incredible. This is the one product on this list that I would genuinely be upset to live without.
Verb Ghost Conditioner — Leaves my hair impossibly soft, detangles without weighing anything down, and the price is great. This is one of the best value products in my entire routine.
Oribe Mirror Rinse Glass Hair Treatment — I use this about once a month for shine. The “glass hair” effect is real. If your hair is looking dull or flat, one treatment with this and the difference is immediately obvious.
UNOVE Deep Damage Protein Hair Mask — A weekly deep conditioning mask that actually repairs rather than just coating. A strong K-beauty entry in the hair category.
CurrentBody Skin LED Face & Hair Kit — The best thing I’ve done for both my skin and hair. The LED hair device promotes growth and thickness, and combined with the face mask, you’re getting a two-in-one investment that pays for itself over time. If you’re going to commit to one device, get the kit.
