Here's the much healthier version of the the smoothie I uploaded a couple weeks ago. If I'm ever craving ice-cream, I usually whip one of these up! Enjoy!
1/4 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup orange juice OR milk
6 oz Greek yogurt (usually that one single serve container)
2 tbs chia seeds
Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth (quick tip smoothies that are blended for 5 minutes or longer tend to keep you full longer :o))
