I come from a very traditional family that doesn't really believe in drinking. Despite that, my family has always had an impressive glassware collection. When I was younger, I used to love drinking anything, from water to milk to even Gatorade, out of those pretty glasses. Now, of course, I used wine glasses for wine, but when I'm home, I do have to follow family rules. So my siblings and I have gotten very creative in making non-alcoholic cocktails! This is a yummy cranberry cocktail dreamed up especially for Thanksgiving. It's made with pure cranberry juice cut with sparkling cider and ginger ale. While you may go traditional with wine at your Thanksgiving, this is still a great non-alcoholic option or even something a little special for the kids! And personally, I think I would be really great with a little vodka.
- sparkling apple cider
- ginger ale
- pure cranberry juice
- The proportions for this drink are 1 part cranberry, 1.5 parts cider, and 1 part ginger ale. Personally, I started with the a bottle of apple cider, then added 8 oz of both cranberry juice and ginger ale.
- **Start with everything chilled so you don't risk watering anything down with ice**
